Thank you for purchasing your test from us. Now you have your test it is very important that it is registered correctly. Mistakes may lead to a delay in your test being processed.
Tracking your test to the laboratory.
If you have a Royal Mail return label - please take a note of the Royal Mail tracking number - this is located on the front of your test box/mailbag, under the largest barcode. Once you've posted your test you can track its progress to the laboratory via Royal Mail here.
